Quality control is applied throughout the entire production process, including incoming inspection,
in-process inspection, and final inspection before shipment.
All microphone capsules come with a 2-year warranty.
We provide samples for evaluation across all models.
Standard models may be offered for evaluation depending on cooperation stage, and in some cases
samples can be provided to support initial projects.
Customized or special models are usually chargeable, and sample cost will be confirmed before
production.
Up to 3 sample pieces per model are supported for testing. Shipping costs are not included.
Samples: 1–3 weeks depending on product type and production scheduling
Mass production: 4–6 weeks after sample approval

MOQ refers to production batch requirements and does not affect product performance or
specifications.

T/T is our primary payment method for bulk OEM/ODM orders.
PayPal and Western Union are available for sample orders and small-value transactions.
