For automotive microphone applications, selected products such as our automotive electret microphone capsules can support IATF 16949 quality requirements based on customer project requirements.

Quality control is applied throughout the entire production process, including incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection before shipment.

Standard microphone capsule products are covered by a 2-year warranty.

We provide engineering samples for evaluation based on project requirements.

Standard models: 1–3 weeks lead time depending on production scheduling.

Customized models: sample cost will be confirmed before production.

Samples are intended for technical evaluation and application testing. Shipping cost is not included.

For customized microphone capsule projects, MOQ depends on factors such as acoustic requirements, tooling, production setup, and material preparation. Custom projects typically require higher production quantities.

Standard models usually start from several thousand pieces per production batch, depending on the specific model.

MOQ refers to production batch requirements and is not related to product performance or specifications.

We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Western Union.

T/T is our primary payment method for bulk OEM/ODM orders. PayPal and Western Union are available for sample orders and small-value transactions.
