The ECM-B3015AL-42-L25 is a 3mm omnidirectional microphone capsule designed for easy assembly in compact devices like Bluetooth earphones. Equipped with pre-attached 25mm leads, this version reduces assembly time and ensures consistent quality through professional soldering and strict quality control.

Like its counterpart, this capsule features a custom Korean mic core and dual-capacitor interference resistance for stable performance. Its Japanese TOA diaphragm enhances durability and ensures reliable operation from -40℃ to +85℃.

For customers who prefer to handle soldering themselves or require further customization, the ECM-B3015AL-42 (non-soldered version) offers the same performance and flexibility. Custom soldering services are also available upon request.

Typical Frequency Response

Frequency response spans 50Hz to 20kHz. The curve remains relatively flat from 50–400Hz, followed by alternating dips and rises. A more pronounced drop occurs between 5kHz and 14kHz before the response rises again in the upper range.

The capsule measures 3mm in diameter and 1.5mm in height, featuring a front dust mesh and a sealed back. It comes pre-soldered with a pair of 25mm parallel lead wires for easy integration.

Reliability Tests

High Temperature Test: Microphone subjected to +80℃ for 100 hours, followed by 3 hours at room temperature.

Low Temperature Test: Microphone subjected to -40℃ for 100 hours, followed by 3 hours at room temperature.

Humidity & Heat Test: Microphone exposed to +55℃ and 85% relative humidity for 100 hours, followed by 3 hours at room temperature.

Thermal Shocking Test: Microphone subjected to [+80℃ 0.5H → room temp 1H → -40℃ 0.5H → room temp 1H] for 10 cycles, then exposed to room temperature for 3 hours.

Vibration Test: Microphone subjected to two hours of vibration in x, y, and z directions with frequencies of 10-55Hz and a 1.52mm amplitude.

Drop Test: Microphone dropped 5 times from a height of 1.0 meter onto a slippery marble floor, without packaging, and still performs normally.

Storage and Operating Temperature Range: Suitable for environments ranging from -35℃ to +60℃.
