The ECM-B6027AL38-L80-90 is a 6 × 2.7 mm omnidirectional microphone capsule featuring pre-attached 80mm twisted leads for simplified assembly and superior noise rejection in professional sound level measurement devices. With a custom-built Korean RF mic core, it delivers consistent performance and stability in demanding environments.

This model is designed for precise noise measurement, boasting a wide frequency response range of 50Hz to 20KHz, excellent sensitivity at -38dB, and a 60dB signal-to-noise ratio. The 80mm twisted leads enhance its usability in devices where wiring stability and quick integration are essential. Suitable for noise meters, sound level meters, and other acoustic measurement instruments.

Typical Frequency Response

Frequency response spans from 50Hz to 20kHz. The curve remains relatively flat up to around 5kHz, then gradually rises to a peak near 14kHz before rolling off. This provides clear and enhanced high-frequency detail.

Capsule measures 6mm in diameter and 2.7mm in height. The front features a dustproof mesh, and the rear has no acoustic port. Comes pre-soldered with 80mm twisted pair wires for easy integration.

Reliability Tests

High Temperature Test: Microphone subjected to +80℃ for 100 hours, followed by 3 hours at room temperature.

Low Temperature Test: Microphone subjected to -40℃ for 100 hours, followed by 3 hours at room temperature.

Humidity & Heat Test: Microphone exposed to +55℃ and 85% relative humidity for 100 hours, followed by 3 hours at room temperature.

Thermal Shocking Test: Microphone subjected to [+80℃ 0.5H → room temp 1H → -40℃ 0.5H → room temp 1H] for 10 cycles, then exposed to room temperature for 3 hours.

Vibration Test: Microphone subjected to two hours of vibration in x, y, and z directions with frequencies of 10-55Hz and a 1.52mm amplitude.

Drop Test: Microphone dropped 5 times from a height of 1.0 meter onto a slippery marble floor, without packaging, and still performs normally.

Storage and Operating Temperature Range: Suitable for environments ranging from -35℃ to +60℃.
