Reliability Tests

• High Temperature Test: Microphone subjected to +85℃ for 200 hours and exposed to room temperature for 3 hours.
• Low Temperature Test: Microphone subjected to -40℃ for 200 hours and exposed to room temperature for 3 hours.
• Humidity & Heat Test: Microphone subjected to +55℃, 90% RH for 200 hours and exposed to room temperature for 3 hours.
• Hi/Low Temperature Shocking Test: Microphone subjected to [+85℃ 0.5H → room temp 1H → -40℃ 0.5H → room temp 1H] for 10 cycles.
• Vibration Test: Microphone subjected to two hours of vibration in x, y, and z directions with frequencies of 10-55Hz and a 1.52mm high amplitude.
• Drop Test: Microphone dropped 5 times from a height of 1.0 meter onto a slippery marble floor, without packaging.
• Storage Temperature Range: -40℃ to +80℃ (humidity less than 90%).
• Operating Temperature Range: -40℃ to +80℃ (humidity less than 90%).
• ESD Protection: Microphone withstands electrostatic discharge (ESD) up to ±6KV (contact) and ±8KV (air).
