Our 6027 SMD surface-mount microphone capsules are specially designed for high-temperature resistance and feature dual capacitors. Manufactured using imported, eco-friendly materials, they ensure reliable performance.

Standard Test Circuit

Test Conditions: Load resistor (RL) = 2.2kΩ, Supply voltage (VS) = 2V, Coupling capacitor (C) = 1μF.

Typical Frequency Response

Frequency response spans 50Hz–16kHz. The curve remains mostly flat, rising from around 4kHz and then gradually declining near 14kHz.

Reliability Tests

High Temperature Test: Microphone subjected to +85℃ for 200 hours and exposed to room temperature for 3 hours.

Low Temperature Test: Microphone subjected to -40℃ for 200 hours and exposed to room temperature for 3 hours.

Humidity & Heat Test: Microphone subjected to +55℃, 90% RH for 200 hours and exposed to room temperature for 3 hours.

Hi/Low Temperature Shocking Test: Microphone subjected to [+85℃ 0.5H → room temp 1H → -40℃ 0.5H → room temp 1H] for 10 cycles.

Vibration Test: Microphone subjected to two hours of vibration in x, y, and z directions with frequencies of 10-55Hz and a 1.52mm high amplitude.

Drop Test: Microphone dropped 5 times from a height of 1.0 meter onto a slippery marble floor, without packaging.

Storage Temperature Range: -40℃ to +80℃ (humidity less than 90%).

Operating Temperature Range: -40℃ to +80℃ (humidity less than 90%).

ESD Protection: Microphone withstands electrostatic discharge (ESD) up to ±6KV (contact) and ±8KV (air).
